Day 1: Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our friendly and professional team will be there to warmly greet you. Day 2: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for Tarangire National Park. The Park is named after the Tarangire River which runs through it. This ‘river of warthogs’ is the only source of water for wildlife in the region during the dry season.

In some places, the vegetation is quite dense, including elephant grass, acacia woodlands. The park is well known for its large number of elephant families, which can often be seen congregating by the river.

Tarangire is the best place to see these gentle giants in their natural habitat – from the adorable calves all the way up to the intimidating bulls, you may also see giraffe, bushbuck, and hartebeest.

These animals are closely followed by a range of predators, including lions and leopards. There are more breeding species of birds found in Tarangire National Park than anywhere else on the planet.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park (Grumeti)

On this day we will visit the western Serengeti where the great migrating herds attempt to cross the Grumeti River while the hungry crocodiles wait eagerly for their next meal. After an early morning breakfast, we will make our way to the Western corridor.

By around end of April, May and June, a large number of wildebeests along with other ungulates like the zebras, elands and gazelles mill around the Western Corridor of the Serengeti, south of the Grumeti River.

They are closely stalked by predators like lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas and in the river giant Nile crocodiles await. Hundreds perish as some hazard the river crossing while others detour it.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park (Grumeti)

Witness the Epic Drama of the Grumeti River Crossing. Positioned at strategic vantage points along the riverbanks, you will witness the unfolding drama as vast herds of wildebeest and zebras gather nervously on one side, their instinct urging them forward. The air is thick with tension as they hesitate, knowing the perils that lie in wait—swift currents, lurking crocodiles, and other predators.

And then, with a surge of determination, the first brave individuals take the plunge. The rest follow, their thunderous hooves creating a symphony of sound that reverberates through the Serengeti.

Watch in awe as they navigate the treacherous waters, their collective strength and resilience on full display. Crocodiles lie in wait, their eyes fixed on the herds, as tension mounts. Day 5: Ngorongoro Highlands

Early in the morning after breakfast, we continue with our enroute drive inside the Serengeti before we depart to Ngorongoro. Welcome to the enchanting realm of the Ngorongoro Highlands, a place where time stands still and nature's grandeur reigns supreme. Nestled in the heart of Tanzania, this captivating region is home to breathtaking landscapes, rich wildlife, and a vibrant Maasai culture waiting to be discovered.

The Crater provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhino, which can sometimes be spotted in the open grasslands.

Day 7: Lake Manyara National Park - Departure

Early morning after breakfast, continue the short drive to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing where you first encounter will be spotting large troupes of baboons.

Lake Manyara National Park boasts a spectacular array of diverse terrain as well as plant and animal species. Elephants are not the only animals that Lake Manyara is famous for. Tree climbing lions are occasionally sited. A packed lunch will be served at a picnic site. Late in the afternoon you will drive back to Arusha.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

On this day we suggest a very early wake up to do an early morning game drive when the animals are more active and see one of the best sunrises you'll ever witness. After the game drive, we return to the camp for a rewarding brunch, and then we'll proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

It is one of those very rare locations in the whole continent where you can witness the black rhino. The crater has a river, several swamps, a soda lake with a great concentration of flamingos, a forest, and open plains. It's also famous for its elephants which, are the largest in the world and have huge tusks.

You will reach Ngorongoro in time for a sundowner. Immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of the Maasai people, who have lived in harmony with the wildlife for generations. Engage in cultural exchanges, where you can learn about their traditional customs, experience their vibrant dances, and visit their villages to gain insight into their way of life. Discover their deep respect for the land and their integral role in preserving this natural treasure.

7DAYS SAFARI

Day 4: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

We will start the day very early and descend into the crater floor for an incredible morning of wildlife in one of the most stunning places on earth. Embark on game drives that traverse this diverse landscape, where every turn reveals a new encounter with nature's wonders.

Spot elusive leopards resting in the trees, witness herds of elephants as they meander through the grasslands and witness the acrobatic displays of cheetahs in pursuit of their prey. After the game drive, there will be time for a picnic lunch near the beautiful hippo lake.

After lunch, we will have time for a short game drive and then ascend the crater and exit Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Then transfer to the airport and you will have a flight to Zanzibar at around 4 pm.

Day 5: Stone Town

You'll be transferred to the hotel for dinner and overnight upon arrival in Zanzibar, following your drop-off at Arusha airport. Zanzibar's history dates to the 16th century when Portuguese colonizers established their power through tributary Arab sultans. Embark on a journey to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Stone Town, the cultural heart of Zanzibar.

Immerse yourself in the rich history and vibrant atmosphere as you explore the narrow streets, bustling markets, and ancient architecture. If time permits you can visit the Sultan's Palace Museum, the House of Wonders, and the famous Forodhani Gardens.

Engage with the locals, learning about their customs, traditions, and the fascinating blend of Swahili, Arab, Persian, and European influences. Return to your resort, where you can relax and unwind, reflecting on the day's cultural discoveries.

Day 6: Nungwi

On this day after breakfast, you will go to Nungwi Located in the northern part of the island, Nungwi is a lively village surrounded by some of Zanzibar's most beautiful beaches.

Once a sleepy fishing village, it is now a popular island destination full of life. It is also one of the only places from where you can see both the sunrise and sunset over the ocean.

You can take some rest and enjoy this paradise made of beautiful beaches of white sand and turquoise water of the Indian Ocean. You will spend the day at leisure in the hotel or explore more island excursions as you please.
